International branch exchange
Nagel-Group receives Erasmus+ partner label
Our concept for the international branch exchange of trainees is convincing. The Nagel-Group has been awarded the Erasmus+ partner label by the national agency at the Federal Institute for Vocational Training.
Erasmus+ is the EU programme to promote education and vocational training in Europe. The aim of the Erasmus programme is to give young people the opportunity to do part of their training abroad. The stay abroad is supported through financial means and existing know-how.
With the new label, companies that are committed to Europe and offer their trainees opportunities for further development through European exchange are allowed to advertise themselves.
The Nagel-Group has received the certificate for the international branch exchange that started in 2014. With the help of the programme, trainees are given an insight into another subsidiary and day-to-day work there for a few weeks. During this time, the young professionals should learn as much as possible about the processes of the branch and expand their horizons. In addition to imparting professional knowledge, the focus is also on getting to know a new cultural background.
