Nagel Teddy naming competition: Conditions of participation – internal

The organiser of the competition is Kraftverkehr Nagel SE & Co. KG, Friedrich-Menzefricke-Strasse 6, 33775 Versmold.

Participation in the naming competition is voluntary, free of charge and regulated solely by these conditions of participation.

The participation period runs from 01/07/2022 12.00 p.m to 31/07/2022, 11:59 p.m. Participation is only possible within this period. No name suggestions received after the competition closes will be considered.

The organisation reserves the right if, at its sole discretion, there are justified reasons to exclude persons from participation, in particular in the event of (a) breaches of these conditions of participation, or (b) false or misleading information in connection with the company affiliation/participation in the naming competition.

The following prize will be awarded:

1. A Nagel Teddy (as shown in the picture)

Eligible participants

Natural persons aged 14 or over are eligible to participate. Participation is not restricted to customers of the organiser and is not dependent on the purchase of any goods or services.

If a participant has limited legal capacity, the consent of their legal representative is required.

Those involved in the design and implementation of the competition or employees of the operator, including family members, are not entitled to participate in the competition. In addition, the operator reserves the right to exclude persons from participation if, at its sole discretion, there are justified reasons, for example (a) in the event of manipulation in connection with access to or implementation of the competition, (b) in the event of breaches of these conditions of participation, (c) in the event of unfair conduct or (d) in the event of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the competition.

Nagel-Group’s Marketing & Communication department will select the best five names from all the name suggestions submitted. Nagel-Group employees will then vote for the new name of our Nagel Teddy!

The winners will be informed in week 33 by e-mail or using the address provided by the participant. No substitution, cash alternative or collection of the prize in person is allowed. The prizewinner is responsible for payment of any taxes due on the prize.

If the winner does not respond within a period of two weeks after being requested to do so twice by e-mail, they will forfeit their right to the prize. In this case, a new winner will be determined according to the procedure described above.

The organisers expressly reserve the right to terminate the naming competition without prior notice and without giving reasons. This applies in particular to any reasons that would disrupt or prevent the naming competition from proceeding as planned.

Personal data must be provided to be able to participate in the naming competition. The participant affirms that the e-mail address details they have provided is correct and that they are a Nagel-Group employee. No personal data of the participants will be passed on to third parties or made available to them for use without the participant’s consent. The data will only be used to process the competition and will be deleted two weeks after the end of the competition (except for the winner’s details and information on the photos and their authors).

If any clause or provision in these conditions of participation is or becomes ineffective or unenforceable, the effectiveness of the remainder of these conditions of participation shall be unaffected. Instead of the ineffective provisions, a legally permissible provision that comes closest to the meaning and purpose expressed in the ineffective provision shall apply. The same shall apply in the event of a loophole in these conditions of participation.

All decisions are final.
