Hamburg. Versmold, 30.08.2022 – The Nagel-Group honours DextraData with the “Partner of The Year Award”. The Essen-based IT service provider receives this award, presented for the first time by the Nagel-Group, for extraordinary performance and outstanding cooperation in the categories “Technology”, “Relationship Management” and “Cost Management”. As part of its digitalisation strategy, the Nagel-Group awarded DextraData GmbH the contract to operate its data centres in 2021. The agreement also includes project management, strategic consulting and the use of the IT financial management solution CIO COCKPIT developed by DextraData.

The Nagel-Group will present the “Partner Of The Year Award” for the first time in 2022. With this award, the Nagel-Group honours IT service providers who have excelled in their cooperation. The project teams evaluate the performance of the service providers within a score index in the three categories Technology, Relation Management and Cost Management. The Technology category includes criteria such as “System Downtime” or “Technical Support”. In Cost Management, the teams evaluate Internal “Cost Reductions” or “Cost Absorptions”. In the Relationship Management category, criteria such as “Flexibility” or “Urgent Matters” are important. DextraData was particularly convincing in this category. Here, the Nagel-Group praised DextraData’s unrestricted accessibility and ability to integrate quickly and seamlessly into Nagel processes.
