Modern working world: Nagel-Group opens Co-Working Area in Versmold
Versmold, 11.03.2024. Nagel-Group is modernizing its headquarters in Versmold: flexible co-working space has been created by converting the first part of the building. Since the beginning of the year, 64 workstations on around 1,600 square meters have been bookable in the new premises. There are also modern meeting rooms, lounge areas and an extended catering offer.
“The new co-working spaces not only offer us a technically and ergonomically optimally equipped infrastructure, but also enable us to work more efficiently, share resources and promote intensive exchange and collaboration,” says Michael Lütjann, Chief Information Officer of Nagel-Group. The IT department is one of the first users of the co-working spaces, along with other specialist departments.
Nagel-Group is investing heavily in the modernization of its site infrastructure in Germany and Europe, and the renovation of the company headquarters is also helping to ensure that the company is fit for the future. “Today, we work flexibly from home or in the office. However, we also want to bring our employees together in a targeted manner. After all, direct communication is often effective and essential for team development. This requires a modern working environment. We have now created this,” says Michael Lütjann.
The co-working spaces are divided into different areas where people can work quietly or make phone calls. These areas are supplemented by bookable individual offices and meeting rooms.
