Conditions of participation for the 1st Bundesliga betting game organised by Nagel-Group Logistics SE

Organiser:
Nagel-Group Logistics SE, Friedrich-Menzefricke-Straße 6, 33775 Versmold.

Conditions of participation:
Participation in the 1st Bundesliga Prediction Game and the associated competition is voluntary, free of charge and is governed exclusively by these conditions of participation. Participation takes place via the external platform KickTipp. By participating in the betting game and competition, you agree to the provider’s data protection conditions.

Participation period:
The duration of the participation period extends from 20/08/2024 at 12:00 to 30/05/2025 at 23:59. Participation is only possible within this period and ends with the last possible bet and the end of the last game.

Exclusion from participation:
The organisation reserves the right to exclude persons from participation at its own discretion, in particular in the event of: a) breaches of these conditions of participation or b) false or misleading information in connection with the company affiliation/participation.

Prize:

Eligible participants:
Natural persons who have reached the age of 14 are eligible to participate. Participation is not restricted to customers of the organiser and is not dependent on the purchase of goods or services. If a participant has limited legal capacity, the consent of their legal representative is required.

All persons involved in the conception and realisation of the competition and employees of the operator and their family members are not eligible to participate. The operator reserves the right to exclude persons from participation for justified reasons, in particular in the event of: a) manipulation in connection with access to or implementation of the competition, b) breaches of these conditions of participation, c) unfair actions or d) false or misleading information in connection with participation.

Determination of the winners:
The winner is the first person with the most points after the end of the 2024 / 2025 Bundesliga 1 season. The points details are taken from the KickTipp platform. If more than one person has the same number of points, a draw will be held.

Notification of the winners:
The winners will be informed by e-mail or using the address provided within 14 days of the end of the competition. An exchange or cash payment of the prize is not possible. The winner is responsible for any taxation of the prize.

If the winner does not respond within two weeks of being requested to do so twice by e-mail, the claim to the prize will lapse. In this case, a new winner will be selected according to the procedure described above.

Premature cancellation of the competition:
The organisers expressly reserve the right to terminate the competition without prior notice and without giving reasons. This applies in particular to any reasons that would disrupt or prevent the competition from running as planned.

Data protection:
Participation in the competition requires the provision of personal data. The participant assures that the e-mail address details provided are correct and that he/she is an employee of Nagel-Group. None of the participants’ personal data will be passed on to third parties or made available to them for use without their consent. The data will only be used to process the competition and will be deleted two weeks after the end of the competition (with the exception of the winners’ data and information on the photos and their authors).

Severability clause:
Should a provision of these conditions of participation be or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. In place of the invalid provision, the legally permissible provision that comes closest to the meaning and purpose of the invalid provision shall apply. The same shall apply in the event of a loophole.

Legal recourse:
Legal recourse is excluded.n)
