Nagel-Group honors long-time employees at the 2025 anniversary celebratio
Versmold, 20.03.2025. In the festive atmosphere of the History Lounge at the Nagel-Group headquarters, 91 long-time employees were honored for their loyalty and commitment to the company. Among them were employees who have been loyal to the Nagel-Group for 30, 35, 40, or even 45 years.

Shareholders Beatrice Mentis and Tobias Nagel, together with Marion Nagel, Chairwoman of the Nagel-Group Supervisory Board, and the Board of Directors, honored the deserving jubilees who have significantly contributed to the company’s success with their long-standing service. In genuine words, the great importance of their work for the development of the Nagel-Group was acknowledged.
“Our long-time employees are the foundation of our company. Their dedication, experience, and daily efforts are crucial factors for our success. It is a great pleasure for us to thank you for your valuable work and to celebrate our impressive milestones together,” said Beatrice Mentis.
Tobias Nagel added: “In the ninetieth year of our existence, we celebrate our jubilees today at the origin of the Nagel-Group. You are all an important part of our successful company history. Today we celebrate our shared past and look forward to a successful future with confidence!”
Jubilees from various locations, including Langenfeld, Hamburg, and Bochum, as well as from Denmark and Austria, traveled to Versmold for this special occasion.

After the official ceremony, there was an opportunity to converse in a relaxed atmosphere. The evening ended with a lively exchange of memories and stories, where long-time colleagues reminisced about shared experiences and described the company’s development from their personal perspectives.
One of the honored jubilees was Hauke Kühnel, a professional driver at the Nagel-Group, who is now retiring after 45 years of service. He recalled his tours through the Ruhr area and shared one of his personal highlights: “Over the years, I have met so many great people at work, including colleagues and customers, with whom I have maintained a great relationship.” Additionally, there was speculation in a convivial round about how many kilometers he had driven with the truck in his career – exact numbers could not be determined, but one thing is certain: he has circled the earth several times.
