What happens to my application next?
As soon as you have sent your application, first of all you will get an automated confirmation of receipt from us.
We will then carefully check your application and, if appropriate, forward it to the relevant specialist department. If the department in question agrees, you will be invited to an interview.
What documentation do I need to send?
We need your personal details and a CV. We also prefer you to upload other documents to give us an even better impression of you, such as a cover letter and your latest certificates.
Can I send an unsolicited application?
Of course. If you can’t see a suitable vacancy advertised, you can send a speculative application to any of our sites. Simply enter “Unsolicited application” in the search field of the open positions, decide on your preferred site and you are ready to go. You are also welcome to use our JobAgent – it will send you an e-mail as soon as a new position in your preferred area is available.
Can I apply for more than one job?
Yes, you can. Once you have registered in the system, you can apply for various open positions. There might be different contact people for each position, so please apply for each position separately.
How long will my details be stored?
Details are automatically deleted from the system after 12 months. If you want your details to be deleted earlier than this, simply inform us.
Can I submit additional documents at a later date?
Yes, you can. Just log in to your personal profile. You can upload, delete or change information there at any time.
Can I apply by e-mail?
Please only apply via our applicant portal. This will let us process your application quicker and more efficiently.
When will I receive a response?
We will send an automated confirmation of receipt as soon as we receive your application. However, examining your documents in detail may take some time, as we have to coordinate this with the respective department. However, we do our best to give you feedback as soon as possible.
Will you reimburse my travel expenses/travel costs?
Yes, we will. Just send us an e-mail with your bank details, name and address. We will make sure that the amount is transferred to your account as soon as possible.
Are the jobs all current?
Yes, they are. The job adverts are constantly updated.
Can I re-apply to Nagel-Group if I get a rejection?
Of course! Just because we selected someone else for one job does not close the door to you for all other jobs.
Can I withdraw my application?
Yes, you can. Simply log in to your personal account. You will find an overview of all jobs for which you have an application in progress under the ‘Job administration’ tab. Go to ‘Actions’ and you can withdraw your application here.
