I have felt comfortable at Nagel-Group since the very first day of my apprenticeship. I have got to know plenty of really pleasant and friendly colleagues during my six years at Nagel-Group, and I look forward to exchanging ideas and experiences with them every day. We not only have a large network for our customers to distribute food but also with our colleagues, who themselves are spread throughout Europe. I was able to take on responsibility for IT applications after my apprenticeship in application consulting and was always fully supported by my supervisors and my team. You also have many opportunities for personal development at Nagel-Group. Nagel-Group supported me in starting a part-time course of study. I recently took over the position of team leader in the Identity and Access Management department. Together with my team, I am responsible for developing a group-wide identity and access solution and supporting colleagues in the creation of authorisation methodologies. I particularly enjoy getting to grips with new topics and working out ideas together with the specialist departments.
