Nagel-Group is special to me because you constantly have varied challenges placed in front of you. This is particularly characterised by the fact that a high degree of trust is placed in me personally.

My main task is HR management, and here there are many varied and exciting tasks on the agenda. For example, recruitment and selection of personnel, organisational management of HR development measures, the support of our employees, preparation of payroll accounting and maintenance of HR files. In my opinion, successful HR management is not only about recruiting the right people at the right time, but also about being able to motivate and retain them. I also take great pleasure in accompanying the development of our apprentices. Seeing the transformation from their shy job interview into the successful completion of their apprenticeship.

Even during my own training periods, Nagel-Group has opened many doors for me and supported every step of my personal development. This isn’t restricted to just my career, but also my involvement in various projects in HR development or digitalisation.

We are an excellent team; cohesion is very important, our colleagues’ commitment is enormous and working together is, quite simply, fun. Every day, we work together to do our part in meeting our customers’ requirements and continuously developing the site.
