What I particularly like about Nagel-Group is that despite its size, the company always tries to meet the constantly changing demands of the logistics market. Whether it’s through digitalisation, new regulations or putting measures in place in difficult times to ensure that things run smoothly. What I find positive about Nagel-Group is that it also offers career opportunities for career changers. Commitment and a willingness to contribute to the company as well as an appetite to learn is a prerequisite for new employees. Of course, working together can be a challenge in such a large company. Opinions often differ, but in the end, you always find a solution and a compromise.

What I like about my job is the variety of tasks and new challenges every day. Most of my tasks involve communication between the warehouse and the commercial department. It is important here that I give my colleagues all the information they need. Another important activity is organisation within the warehouse, e.g. coordinating employees and allocating tasks. You are introduced to your future management tasks and the responsibilities that go with them by your supervisors. Your supervisors are always there to answer any questions you may have, of course. I also really like the fact that although you are constantly faced with new tasks and challenges, you never get the feeling you’re being overstretched.
