I particularly enjoy the cross-functional communication at Nagel-Group with other sales staff from different branches and companies.
My job in digital sales & development is extremely varied. I have many opportunities to shape my daily work routine myself, and put my own ideas forward. I also enjoy working with my colleagues in a young and dynamic team.

Nagel-Group also supports me in my personal and professional development. For example, they support me in my part-time master’s degree, and they enable me to participate in a programme to promote female junior staff. My personal development is also boosted by the trust and support my supervisors show in me and delegation of responsibility. There are also many opportunities for further development beyond this.

The company has undergone a great transformation, especially over the last few years, yet still keeping its family-like feel.
